The poor boy…it’s like day and night, made me laugh out loud 🙂 how’s your first week been? We’re learning as we’re going!

It’s going well. I finally seem to have hit on the right mix of schedule/routine vs going with the flow of the day. A good planner I got off pinterest has helped too. Doesn’t hurt that A beka starts the kids off pretty slow with tons of review. Juno is mad that after 3 days she still hasn’t gotten to open her phonics workbooks to get started! I’ve had to print off lots of worksheets to keep her happy. 🙂

I’m finding myself already slightly stagnant with the every morning at home schedule I’m forcing on myself this year. I get bored and restless SO quickly. So… that’s going to be my biggest hurdle I think. And yet, if I do that… homeschooling 2 little people doesn’t have to be hard or chaotic at all.

But you… you have more kids AND it’s your first year! How are you guys surviving?!!!

    Ohhh… they are ADORABLE!

This makes me so excited…and yet scared for when Ruby starts school…haha…I find myself looking ahead, when I should just be enjoying the time we have now before we need to do any structured education…lol…

Oh Christa… do tell more about your every morning at home schedule…
Hey so? No Women of Truth Tuesday mornings for you? I think I’m finally going to go this year! 😀

Debbie! nice to hear from you! I think I will try (maybe tomorrow) to put together a post on our school schedule/routine for this fall. But yeah, unfortunately I think that means no tuesday morning Bible study. 🙁 If we aren’t able to get into a regular small group I may have to reconsider so I am not quite so isolated, but the every morning at home rule seems to be the only way we can get our stuff done. I’m useless in the afternoons!
